Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients in the Cardiology Outpatient and Inpatient areas in collaboration with Attending Physicians.
- Work closely with a team of Advanced Clinical Practice Providers, Nurses, and Technicians to evaluate and manage patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardiology.
- At least 1-year experience in Critical Care or Telemetry inpatient care.
- Preferred: Cardiology experience as an Advanced Practice Provider or in Nursing.
- Masters degree or greater from an ANA accredited School of Nursing.
- Current New Jersey License as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse through a specialty association.
- Current CDS and DEA licenses required.
- Approval of credentials and clinical privileges per Center procedure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and database management.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking abilities.
