- Perform Nurse Aide skills within their scope of practice.
- Accurately transcribe and process provider orders and written information in accordance with hospital policies.
- Communicate information accurately and courteously to patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Organize, prioritize, and perform work effectively and efficiently.
- Facilitate the flow of patients throughout the Medical Center by accurately transferring and discharging patients in a timely manner.
- Maintain and adjust schedule to enhance team performance.
- Demonstrate a daily commitment to the values of the department.
- Demonstrate positive interpersonal relations in dealing with all members of the team and customers.
- Maintain and promote customer satisfaction.
- Perform moderate or waived point of care testing per CLIA guidelines.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I) certification.
- General Education Degree.
- Experience preferred, with knowledge/experience with medical terminology.
