We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Della Infotech. The successful candidate will provide pharmaceutical services for our hospital, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret provider prescriptions and medication orders
- Compound and dispense prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals
- Manage and optimize drug therapy, including renal dosing and drug substitution
- Attend rounds with healthcare providers
- Update and maintain patient medications
- 2 years of experience in hospital pharmacy
- IV Compounding experience
- NH license at the time of submission
- Rural hospital experience
- Meditech and Omnicell experience (highly preferred)
