Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral health services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), or mental illness.
Responsibilities
As a BCBA, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served
- Communicating between supervisors, direct care staff members, family members, guardians, and collateral individuals regarding an individual's progress
- Providing a tentative schedule to supervisors of appointments, home visits, and observations for to monitor work advancement
- Coordinating home visits to meet the requirements of in-home observations, chart reviews, staff interviews, and data analysis
- Ensuring implementation of the program plan is effective and properly carried out
- Participating in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other pertinent meetings as required
- Completing monthly and quarterly progress notes
- Organizing trainings to certify staff and other team members are competent on the implementation of the program plan and/or documentation sheets
- Providing follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations for continued support of an individual's needs
- Maintaining records to guarantee information is readily available to interested parties
- Acting as liaison with the public and mental health community to provide support with development goals
- Assisting in creating procedures for training materials to improve programs for individuals
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience with behavioral intervention, and/or a strong educational emphasis on the principles of learning and developmental psychology
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges

Additional Job Information
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $35.00 to $40.00 per hour. Must have BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) licensure and a Master's degree. Any amount of experience with IDD clients in ICF and Waiver programs is a plus, as this is 95% of our client population. Those with counseling experience will have an opportunity to provide therapy services.
