Job Summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and safety of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to production needs to ensure equipment reliability and safety
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on injection molding equipment and auxiliary systems
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime
  • Assist in the development of an ongoing improvement plan for maintaining equipment
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and allocate resources
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial mechanical or electrical maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work overtime and be on call status
Preferred Qualifications
  • PLC programming experience
  • Knowledge of robotic automation and hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Working knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
