Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in merchandising, particularly in a garden center, is highly desirable.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of plant care and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong work ethic, attendance, and reliability are essential.
  • Creative, adaptable, and enthusiastic; sales-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work environment includes exposure to various weather conditions.
  • Interaction with customers requires maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 lbs repeatedly.
