Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing patient needs and safety
- Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of evidence-based practices
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred
- Registered Nurse License; BLS, ACLS, ONS/ONCC certification
- Two years of experience in Med Surg nursing, preferred
