Role Responsibilities
The Surgical Anesthesia Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the surgical team by:
- Assisting in the preparation and organization of surgical instruments and supplies.
- Ensuring the operating room is ready for procedures by assembling necessary equipment.
- Maintaining a sterile environment by cleaning and sterilizing instruments and work areas.
- Monitoring equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: An Associate's Degree in a related field.
- Experience in patient care and operating room settings is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within a specified timeframe.
- Anesthesia Technician Certification is preferred.
