We're a community of believers passionate about stepping into our God-given calling. Our mission is to reach people with the Gospel, grounded in scripture and guided by our values. We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an eGroups Director.

Responsibilities
  • Be a visible leader on campus, executing the vision of the church and eGroups ministry.
  • Assist in the overall leadership of the campus, promoting connection and discipleship through eGroups.
  • Oversee all eGroup leaders, structures, tracking metrics, and group health.
  • Identify opportunities to regularly integrate eGroup into every aspect of the church.
  • Develop and implement an infrastructure of standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the area you oversee.
Requirements
  • Active participation in a church, demonstrating a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community.
  • Passion for Small Group Ministry.
  • High-level networking and relational strengths.
  • Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
  • Great attention to detail and time-management skills.
