Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee capital improvement projects for a variety of supportive and senior living facilities.
  • Manage renovation and rehabilitation initiatives, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to facilitate project execution.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all vendor-related communications, fostering strong relationships and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, including compliance with the Department of Buildings, Fire Department, Department of Health, and Department for the Aging.
  • Address and resolve any violations that may occur during the project lifecycle.
  • Secure necessary permits and licenses for construction sites as required.

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000
