Aviva Family and Children's Services is seeking a skilled Wraparound Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Wraparound program, you will provide individual and family therapy to clients in need of intensive support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-home therapeutic services and interventions tailored to the specific needs of each client and family.
- Communicate crisis situations to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to ensure optimal mental health outcomes for clients.
- Meet agency productivity requirements and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 families and provide on-call support 24/7.
- Collaborate with community agencies, school personnel, and other mental health professionals to evaluate community health needs and services.
- Educate others on the needs of specific clients or mental health populations.
- Advocate for clients and participate in the development of treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation and be sensitive to the cultural differences among our client population.
- Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology required.
- Registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences is mandatory.
- Experience working in Wraparound and crisis management is highly preferred.
- Valid CA driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
- Tuberculosis clearance, Department of Justice/Fingerprint clearance, and Child Abuse Index clearance are also required.
