**Job Summary:**

As a Horizontal Construction Engineer with the U.S. Army, you will play a critical role in supporting the construction and maintenance of infrastructure for military operations. This position requires expertise in operating heavy construction equipment, analyzing construction site needs, and transporting heavy equipment from one site to another.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Operate a variety of heavy construction equipment, including bulldozers, tractors, backhoes, cranes, excavators, and road graders
* Assist Army engineers in analyzing construction site needs and developing plans for infrastructure development
* Transport heavy construction equipment from one site to another

**Requirements:**

* 2 years of experience operating each of the following pieces of equipment: crawler tractor, grader, loader, hydraulic excavator, backhoe loader, rollers, tractor trailers, and dump trucks
