Recovery Coach Position

We are seeking a qualified Recovery Coach to join our team at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC.

About Us

Monte Nido Eating Disorder Program of Eugene is a leading provider of eating disorder treatment in Eugene, OR. Our program offers partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming for adults struggling with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, or exercise addiction.

Job Description
  • Integrate clients into their recovery journey as a key member of our team.
  • Provide support and intervention aligned with individual treatment plans.
  • Facilitate healthy connections between clients and the team.
  • Assist with food preparation and meal supervision.

This role requires excellent communication and client relations skills, service orientation, flexibility, and teamwork ability.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in mental or behavioral health settings desired.
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving history required.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
