Job Summary:

Orscheln Products is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling components in a cost-effective and quality manner, while ensuring safety and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components according to designated specifications and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with the assembly team to provide necessary information for product manufacture.
  • Perform assigned tasks to ensure product quality and timeliness.
  • Assist teammates in completing tasks efficiently.
  • Document and maintain product information.
  • Aid in team efforts to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Participate in team operations as requested.

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform safety-critical functions.
  • Recognition and identification of critical characteristic symbols on blueprints.
  • Ability to work within corporate policy guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Prior assembly experience.
