About the Role
Fairfield Property Management is a leading provider of property management services across Louisiana, New Mexico, and Alabama. We are seeking an experienced Luxury Home Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare vacant apartment units for new residents
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of offices, corporate units, and models
- Clean bathrooms and laundry rooms
- Pick up trash on grounds
- Perform painting and caulking tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months to one year of related experience
- Effective communication and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management and organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits
- $35,000 - $45,000 per year (estimated salary range)
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching
- PTO and paid holidays
