Electrical Operations Leader

Qwerkz está en búsqueda de un Líder de Operaciones Eléctricas para un establecimiento de manufactura pesada. Este rol es fundamental para garantizar la seguridad y la ejecución efectiva de trabajos eléctricos y de mantenimiento, así como la gestión de costos y la calidad.
Responsabilidades:
- Dirigir los departamentos de electricidad e instrumentación para mejorar la eficiencia y reducir costos.
- Transmitir conocimientos técnicos al personal mediante capacitaciones internas para potenciar las habilidades técnicas y de resolución de problemas del equipo.
- Encabezar inspecciones y capacitaciones relacionadas con la seguridad para fomentar una cultura de seguridad sólida.
- Colaborar en la identificación y resolución de problemas eléctricos, de instrumentación y de control para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad por fallos en el equipo.
Requisitos:
- Más de cinco años de experiencia en sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos, hidráulicos y neumáticos.
- Amplia experiencia en mantenimiento dentro de un entorno industrial.
- Experiencia comprobada previa como supervisor y líder.
- Demostración de liderazgo en seguridad con conocimiento de procedimientos de seguridad.
- Alta conciencia sobre prácticas de control de calidad.
- Experiencia en el uso de sistemas de mantenimiento preventivo para reducir el tiempo de inactividad no programado.
- Conocimientos en métodos de resolución de problemas para asegurar que se cumplan los objetivos de tiempo de actividad, volumen de producción y calidad.
- Capacidad para utilizar recursos de capacitación para maximizar las habilidades técnicas.
- Excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo y motivación.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Comprensión de métricas contables y financieras.
- Buenas habilidades informáticas y conocimiento de Microsoft Office.
