Main Banker Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Main Banker to join our team at Bally's Corporation. As a Main Banker, you will play a critical role in maintaining and protecting our bankroll, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and Protect Bankroll: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our bankroll, maintaining a high level of accountability and transparency.
  • Handle Exchanges: Facilitate exchanges with window banks, slot employees, and other departments, ensuring seamless transactions and minimizing disruptions.
  • Pay Slot Hopper Fills and Jackpots: Process and pay slot hopper fills and jackpots in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Accept and Verify Revenue: Verify and process slot, BVA, table, and poker drops, as well as other revenue streams.
  • Maintain Return Checks and Customer Deposits: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of return checks and customer deposits, maintaining a high level of accountability and transparency.
  • Prepare Bank Deposits and Inventory: Prepare and process bank deposits and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Handle Miscellaneous Transactions: Process and handle miscellaneous paid-in's and paid-out's, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct Transactions with Employees: Conduct transactions with employees to issue slot currency banks and F&B banks.
  • Closing Out Jet-Sort Machines: Close out jet-sort machines and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Obtain Responsible Vendor License: Obtain and maintain a responsible vendor license, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
  • Licenses and Certifications: LA Alc Compliance Trainer and LA Ops License required.
