About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Good Samaritan Society-Park River. As an RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents
- Collaborate with residents and their families to develop personalized care plans
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal results
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
Requirements:
- Degree from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state where practicing
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
