Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food according to recipe standards, utilizing basic culinary techniques and adhering to strict safety standards.
- Determine food quantities and requirements, planning maximum utilization of ingredients, food, and leftovers.
- Plan, pull, and prep ingredients as needed, adhering to all food hygiene and health and safety requirements.
- May order and stock inventory for the department, resolving routine questions, issues, and problems.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
