About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience as an HVAC/R technician or possess equivalent education. A valid driver's license and EPA certification are also required. In addition, we are looking for someone with expertise in operating and maintaining refrigeration, heat pumps, air handlers, and modern technology. The ability to work at heights, crawl spaces, and lift up to 40 pounds is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to optimize efficiency and ensure safe operation.
  • Bulletin for regular repairs and replacements of defective equipment, components, or wiring.
  • Test electrical circuits and connections for continuity using specialized equipment.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, resulting in increased satisfaction and loyalty.
