Job Details
  • Job Type: Travel Assignment
  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
  • Setting: Medical care provided in the patient's home
Responsibilities
  • Completes nursing assessments of patients and documents appropriately
  • Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members
  • Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
  • Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
Requirements
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 6 months of recent Home Health experience
  • Current RN License
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Valid auto insurance
