Job Title: Travel Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Nurse to join our team at a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week contract position with variable shifts, including 8-hour and 12-hour days, with a 36-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a Minnesota license and at least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to residents with a variety of medical conditions, including COPD, dementia, Parkinson's disease, MS, and CHF.
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Current Minnesota license as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Previous experience in a nursing home setting is a plus.
