Job Description

At Stellar Enterprises, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Department Head of the Internal Medicine Department to join our team.

The Franciscan Brothers of the Holy Cross e.V. operates various social and healthcare facilities, including St. Marienwörth Hospital, which provides primary and general care with 298 beds and an annual treatment capacity for inpatient and outpatient patients.

As a recognized oncological center of excellence, St. Marienwörth Hospital has two certified organ centers by the German Cancer Society: the Nahe Bowel Center and the Nahe Breast Center.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing caring and conscientious support to patients during their recovery, while also ensuring that treatment and nursing care are based on a Christian, holistic view of humanity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Internal Medicine Department in providing high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to department staff

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
