Industrial Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the assigned territory (Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi). Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Stay updated with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of translatable experience.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
