Job Title: Inpatient Rehab Unit RN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab Unit team at HCA Florida Capital Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients and their families
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Manage patient data and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent RN experience (acute care experience not required)
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start
  • Current BLS required
  • Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
  • BSN preferred
  • Nurse Patient to Ratio: 1:5- 1:6
