Job Summary

CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness that provides grain, food, and energy resources to businesses and consumers worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Agronomy Sales Representative to join our team in Bottineau, ND.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales goals and increase profitability through the implementation of sales, marketing, and consulting processes for products and services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers to create long-term repeat business.
  • Identify customer needs and provide consultative services by combining established relationships with product, marketing, and technical skills.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to customers.
  • Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Lead sales projects and act as a mentor to less experienced sales staff.
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other CHS divisions to leverage business relationships and grow the CHS enterprise.
  • Forecast supply requirements by month and annual basis.
Training and Development
  • Product training and certification
  • CHS Sales Training
  • National Sales Certification available
  • Computer training on CRM software
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, and/or sales business operations
