Role Overview:
The Senior Manager of Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE) is pivotal in steering a team of engineering professionals focused on achieving annual operating margin enhancement objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the achievement of VAVE savings targets through project initiation, execution, and financial analysis.
  • Assess project ideas for feasibility, potential cost savings, and enhancement of product value.
  • Implement strategies to elevate product value while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Investigate and adopt new manufacturing technologies to boost operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to attain VAVE objectives.
  • Provide leadership through mentoring and motivating team members to achieve favorable business results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Over 10 years of experience in delivering impactful engineering projects.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong grasp of Good Engineering Practices and statistical methodologies.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $151,000-$170,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
