Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to the unique strengths and challenges of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and daily routines.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, documenting improvements and adjusting therapy strategies as needed.
  • Provide professional guidance and support to staff on speech and language development techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current SLP license in the state of California and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping students thrive.
