We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Morningside House Senior Living in Waldorf, MD.
The successful candidate will have excellent cooking skills and be able to prepare high-quality meals for our residents, guests, and staff.
A competitive salary of $$$55,000 - $65,000 per year is offered, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
About the RoleThe Culinary Specialist will be responsible for preparing all food in accordance with standardized recipes and menus, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
This role involves working closely with the Director of Dining Services to ensure that meals are prepared and served on time, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that residents feel valued and cared for.
Requirements- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, as well as relevant cooking experience and/or training.
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation licenses, is essential.
