Job Summary

Craddock Oil is seeking a skilled Floating Deli Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our food service operations, you will be responsible for training new kitchen managers, filling in for low-staffed kitchens, and ensuring compliance with company processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to new kitchen managers in the Northern District, ensuring they are equipped to manage their teams effectively.
  • Operational Support: Fill in for low-staffed kitchens as needed, providing support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure all company processes, including PlanoGram, Build to Sheets, Recipes, and Schedules, are followed accurately.
  • Work Schedule: Work a maximum of 40 hours per week, with a 5-day workweek, including weekends.
  • Reporting: Report to the Food Director for any questions, comments, or concerns.
  • Coverage: Cover kitchen manager vacations and provide ongoing training to store refreshers.
  • Accountability: Issues to Food Supervisor, not Trainers.
  • Travel Support: Receive a gasoline card for travel expenses.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in food service operations, with a focus on training and development.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of company processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
