Facility Cleaner

Position: Facility Cleaner at Prestige Maintenance USA

The Facility Cleaner is tasked with executing cleaning responsibilities at the assigned location, which includes thorough sanitation of restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales areas, and other designated spaces. Responsibilities encompass buffing, scrubbing, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and utilizing equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.

Key Performance Expectations:

• Adheres to instructions from the Lead Cleaner or Supervisor
• Safely operates floor machines for diverse cleaning tasks
• Complies with safety protocols and company standards
• Follows organizational policies regarding safety, customer interaction, attire, and working hours
• Completes tasks according to schedule and client expectations
• Maintains proper uniform while on duty
• Executes cleaning tasks in accordance with established guidelines
• May be required to work varied shifts, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Understands and follows both verbal and written instructions
• Functions effectively both independently and collaboratively
• Engages in training and safety meetings regularly

Educational Background and Certifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with 1–2 years of experience in custodial, janitorial, or cleaning services.
