Deckhand Supervisor

G and H Towing Company seeks a seasoned Mate Training professional to support our vessel operations. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to ensuring the safety of our crew and adhering to industry regulations.

The daily rate for this position ranges from $227.12 to $454.24, contingent upon the specific job demands.

In this capacity, you will:

• Oversee deck duties and maintenance tasks
• Monitor crew performance and report any safety concerns
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and vessel organization

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A valid U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC)
• A current U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Marine Medical Certificate
• A Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) certification
