We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cloud Seeding Production Specialist at Weather Modification Inc. in Kindred, ND.

About the Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for measuring and weighing ingredients to ensure accurate chemical amounts are packaged into each flare during multiple phases of production. You will also conduct operations safely and accurately, adhering to established policies and procedures that comply with local, state, and federal safety requirements. Additional responsibilities include loading and unloading items from machines, carts, and dollies, handling equipment starting and stopping activities, recognizing and removing damaged or faulty items from the production line, ensuring tools and equipment are clean and maintained properly at the end of each shift, and storing finished items safely.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
