Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for learning all recipes, sourcing, and cooking techniques. You will adhere to standards of quality, sanitation, and safety protocols. You will also cross-train in all stations, including salad, sauté, plancha, and wood oven. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management and prep and dishwashing when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and master all recipes, cooking techniques, and menu items.
  • Adhere to high standards of quality, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Cross-train in all kitchen stations, including salad, sauté, plancha, and wood oven.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering.
  • Participate in prep and dishwashing duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Safe and competent knife skills.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Experience with wood-fired cooking is a plus.
