Job Description

Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled Endodontic Associate to join our team in Birmingham, AL. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating the nerve and dental tissue of patients' teeth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reports to and is mentored by Lead Partner Doctor.
  • Helps set tone in the office and builds and maintains office culture.
  • Sets clear expectations and provides training and coaching to clinical team on clinical process and preferences.
  • Markets to new and maintain existing referrals.
  • Administers anesthetics and performs root canals and various endodontic surgeries.
  • Stays up to date with new trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Surgical experience preferred.
  • DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
