This opportunity is for a Hematology Oncology role located in the suburbs of Chicago, offering a lucrative compensation package exceeding $700,000 annually, along with a favorable 4-day work week.
Compensation Details:
Overall Earnings: $700,000+
Compensation Structure: Productivity-based on wRVU combined with a base salary.
Sign-On Bonus: Ranges from $25,000 to $35,000.
Fellowship Stipend: $1,500 monthly.
Practice Highlights:
Location: Approximately 1 hour from Chicago.
Team Expansion: Currently supported by 2 physicians, with plans to hire 2 additional physicians and 2 advanced practitioners.
Patient Support: Each provider is supported by dedicated nursing staff.
Schedule:
4-day work week with clinic hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Patient Volume: Outpatient clinic sees 18-20 patients daily.
Inpatient Care: Low census, typically 1-2 consults, with no requirement to admit own patients.
Scope of Practice:
Involves a mix of hematology and oncology, treating various types of cancers including breast, lung, prostate, and colon.

- Infusion Center
- Radiation Oncology with advanced linear accelerators
- On-site neurosurgery and treatment
