**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team at Interim HealthCare of East Tennessee. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home care to patients with various medical conditions, including illnesses, injuries, and chronic diseases.
  • Collaborate with physicians and therapists to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Supervise and educate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and home health aides to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, document progress, and report changes to the patient's physician.
  • Educate patients and their families on medication management, therapy, diet, and exercise.
  • Coach family members on patient care, medication management, and home safety.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of direct home health patient experience as an RN.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Tennessee.
  • CPR certification.
  • Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
  • Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills, and compassion.
