Assembly Media, part of the Daniel J. Edelman (DJE) family of companies, is seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director, Copy to join its growing team. As a key member of our creative team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing integrated campaigns and programs across various media and platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with creative leadership to concept and plan execution of integrated campaigns and programs.
  • Create and design campaign ideas for client projects and new business pitches.
  • Work closely with account, strategy, project management, and influencer teams to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Develop tactics to achieve program objectives and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
  • Prepare and present client creative presentations and drive client approval process.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or social media, with significant emphasis on interactive media.
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in English or related major.
  • Experience in copywriting and writing direction in a supporting, individual, and team capacity, in all mediums.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
