Responsibilities- Review and enter medication orders onto patient profiles, evaluating therapy appropriateness and screening for potential contraindications.
- Dispense medications with accurate labeling and compound sterile and non-sterile products as needed.
- Respond to cardiac arrests and provide drug information to healthcare providers.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and participate in performance planning and review.
- Stay up-to-date with literature and developments in the pharmacy profession.
- Doctorate degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
- Pharmacist licensure and Basic Life Support certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
