Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver nursing care tailored to the needs of pediatric patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
- Oversee the clinical duties of medical assistants and ensure their competency.
- Conduct routine and emergency office-based procedures, demonstrating procedural proficiency.
- Manage patient scheduling and perform essential clerical tasks.
- Evaluate clinical performance and identify learning needs through self-assessment.
- Maintain professional standards and uphold accountability in nursing practices.
- Participate in hospital committees focused on nursing practices and quality assurance.
- Implement individualized patient and family education based on established guidelines.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
- AHA BLS Provider Certification.
