Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Nourishment Specialist to join our team at Providence Holy Family Hospital. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing nutritional assessment, care planning, and education for patients of all ages.

About the Role

This is an on-call position with day shift details. You will work under the supervision of the Mgr-Clinical Nutrition PHC and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients
  • Monitor and reassess patient progress, making adjustments as needed
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from an AND-accredited college/program and obtain Washington Dietitian Certification within six months of hire. National CDR Registered Dietitian certification is also required upon hire.

Compensation

The base salary for this position is estimated to be between $ $84,000 and $114,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, or bonus opportunities.
