Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, rotate, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Assist in merchandising seafood, rotisserie chickens, prepared foods, and cheeses, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and recommending products.
• Maintain all cleaning and safety standards within the meat department, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, display fixtures, and areas in the meat department, including the meat cooler, freezer, and refrigerated display cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with fresh and processed meats is preferred.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines is beneficial.
• Prior experience working in a meat and/or deli department is advantageous.
• A minimum age requirement of 18 years old applies.
