Nurse First is a travel nursing agency dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for healthcare professionals. As a Nurse Healthcare Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting at a hospital in Spokane.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team on a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Med Surg / Telemetry and be able to provide high-quality patient care while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in Washington State
  • Experience working in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, based on a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour shifts.
