The Parnin Group is a dynamic consulting firm that helps government and businesses improve their organizational health, program performance, and digital services adoption. We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Policy Analyst to join our growing team in the public sector.

In this role, you will work closely with senior government leaders to develop and implement environmental policies that address the impacts of climate change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the fishing industry, academia, and indigenous communities
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform environmental policy decisions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement adaptive environmental policies

Requirements:

  • Experience in environmental policy, project management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree desired but not required
  • 2+ years in management consulting and/or experience with leading complex problems
  • Strong leadership, communication, logic, innovation, and collaboration skills
  • Analytical skills, knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
  • Must be eligible to work in the US and obtain a security clearance

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
