About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team at Love's Travel Stops. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tire Sales and Service: Sell and install tires for commercial vehicles, including trucks and buses.
  • Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including tire changers and lifts.
  • Store Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including general housekeeping duties.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our drivers and customers, ensuring their satisfaction and safety.
  • Rotating Schedule: Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night shifts as needed.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds, work in close quarters, and withstand various temperatures.
  • Medical Card: Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's).
