Job Responsibilities
  1. Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of preschoolers
  2. Establish a fun and safe learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  4. Communicate effectively with parents on students' progress and growth
  5. Maintain accurate records of student progress and development

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
