We are a leading personnel service provider with over 50 years of experience and a strong presence in the German job market. Our team in Ulm is growing, and we're looking for a skilled professional to join us as an Internal Recruiter.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the entire application process for commercial positions, coordinating interviews, and sourcing top talent through various platforms. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure successful placements and create meaningful profiles for our clients. Additionally, you'll help organize job fairs and support external employees.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a degree in business administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship. Initial experience in recruiting is a plus, and you should be familiar with commercial positions and structures.
