Automotive Lot Porter

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Lot Porter to join our team at Victory Automotive Group. As a Lot Porter, you will be responsible for greeting customers, ensuring a smooth transition to a Service Advisor or Sales Person, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.

• Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Install disposable protective coverings and tags in all vehicles brought in for service.
• Deliver keys and repair orders to the appropriate Service Advisor after parking vehicles.
• Retrieve vehicles for customers when picking up and thanking them for their business.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.

• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
