Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and guest-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Ambassador. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $9.00-$12.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Hospitality: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and satisfied.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Buffet Coordination: Coordinate the buffet setup, replenishment, and maintenance to ensure seamless service.
• Point of Sale: Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently, handling transactions accurately and promptly.
• Dining Room Cleanliness: Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
• Guest Relations and Transactions: Manage guest interactions, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining mobile and on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong desire to provide legendary guest service.
• Ability to positively interact with team members and guests.
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
