Propane Operations Manager

The Propane Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a propane distribution facility, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining inventory levels. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage staff, coordinate logistics, and promote customer satisfaction.

Operational Management:

• Coordinate delivery schedules and manage routing to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed.
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and operational.

Safety and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for staff.
• Investigate and report any safety incidents or violations.

Personnel Management:

• Supervise, train, and evaluate facility staff.
• Create and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Promote a positive work environment and team morale.

Customer Service:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and location.
